We want you to be completely obsessed with your Violet Voss glam, but if a product isn't the perfect fit, we accept returns on unused or gently used items within 30 days of purchase. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable and certain limited edition collaborations may be final sale.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process and select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place your cosmetics in their original packaging and secure them in a sturdy shipping box to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid return shipping label from the portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
